The Lumière Co is committed to making sure that you are happy with your products.

All our items are made in small, made-to-order batches weekly to avoid wastage. Please allow up to 3 days for regular items and 5 days for custom orders to ship.

Returns

Domestic Orders

Non-custom orders are eligible for refund within 14 business days in original packaging. Please fill out the form below and someone will contact you to arrange your return pickup.

If you have paid with card, we will process your refund within 3 business days of receiving your items. Please allow unto 7 business days for the funds to be returned to your account.

If you have paid cash on delivery, we are happy to offer you store credit in the amount of your purchase.

Please note that custom orders are not eligible for returns. Face covers, due to the nature of the product, are not eligible for returns.

International orders

Unfortunately, at this time we are able to offer international exchanges or returns.

Cancellations

Customers are able to cancel their orders prior to shipping by emailing us at info@thelumiereco.com with your order number. Please note that once the order has been shipped, we are unable to process cancellations and you will have to fill out the return form below.

Please note cancellations are not possible for custom orders.
